Also each Ayah is provided with English Translation. The Surah is explained(tafseer) in group of 5 Ayah. So if you have select to see the explanation(tafseer), then you will see the explanation after every 5 ayahs.
On the top-right of the Quran-text you should see two tabs Reciete and Surah Summary. Reciete is for Text and Translation, and Surah Summary is for the summarization of the chapter which is taken from another book.
Translation:
Quran in arabic language, with translation in English by Mohammed Marmaduke Pickthall (1875-1936) [1930], which is a modern and sympathetic English rendering. The Explanation(Tafseer) is written by translated by E.H. Palmer [1880].

Transliteration:
We would like to emphasize that this [transliteration] text is not a substitute
for the original Arabic Qur'an. It is only an attempt to help those who are
trying to learn to read the Arabic text, since it is as close to the written
text as possible. The Transliteration is taken from muslimnet.net
Chapter Summary:
Maududi's translation and commentary on the Qur'an, "The Meaning of
the Qur'an", ranks as one of the best such works in existence today.
Unlike many early translators, Maududi uses the standard technique of providing
an explanation of the Qur'anic verses from the Sunnah of the Prophet (sas),
including the historical reasons behind the verses. Below is a list of Maududi's
introductions to each chapter in the Qur'an. Unfortunately, this represents a
very small portion of the six volumes which comprise the complete commentary.
Explanation(Tafseer):
The explanation is taken from book The Quran which have two parts, Part 1 and 2.
